PRODUCT ISSUES

SHIPPING POLICIES

Orders can be shipped by USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post. Delivery to U.S. destinations on Priority Mail are usually 4 - 5 business days. Orders with delivery to U.S. destinations on Parcel Post are usually 5 - 7 business days. All shipping charges are calculated by weight through USPS on-line services.

Please note that some of the Gallery items will be shipped directly from the Artist and may take a day or two longer.

Final shipping charges on destinations outside the U.S. will be calculated after submission of the order and an e-mail message requesting confirmation of the revised shipping total will be sent to the customer prior to delivery and charged to the customer's credit card.

It is our intention that all of our packages arrive to our customers safe and on time. To assist us in this endeavor, we include an order tracking slip with every package we send. If, after the usual period expected for shipping, you have not received your package please notify us at chunkebusiness@yahoo.com via e-mail and we will be happy to assist you in tracking your order.

HANDLING CHARGES

Handling charges are calculated at 10% for each piece ordered with a $.50 minimum and a $25.00 total maximum. Handling charges are taxable for orders delivered within the state of California.

SALES TAX

Sales tax is not currently charged for orders delivered outside the state of California. All orders delivered within the state of California will be subject to a 7.75% tax rate.

DATA USE/PRIVACY POLICY

The information we collect is used in the purchase and delivery of goods to you, the consumer. It is also used to improve our website, to notify customers about updates to our website and for special offers and promotions. We at chunkEbusiness.com are concerned about our customers' privacy and will not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share your personal information with any other company or third party.

By purchasing on-line, you are automatically added to our e-mail list.
