RETURN POLICYWe stand behind our products and want our customers to be pleased with their purchases. If what you have ordered arrives damaged or an item was incorrectly sent to you, please contact us immediately at chunkebusiness@yahoo.com via e-mail. Please list "DAMAGED/INCORRECT GOODS" in the subject line and state clearly the item you are requesting to return and the reason for return. In the case of a damaged or incorrectly sent item, we will replace the item right away and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the return of the damaged or incorrect goods. Please write the RMA number clearly on the package or it will not be accepted. If you find that you ordered something and decide that it is not what you wanted, you may, within 14 days from the date the order was received, request an exchange for a comparably priced item or a refund to your credit card account as long as the original item is returned in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. Please contact us at chunkebusiness@yahoo.com via e-mail, listing "RETURN REQUEST" in the subject line. State clearly the item you are requesting to return and the reason for return. In the case of an exchange, please list the item you would like to receive in it's place. We will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for the return of the goods. Please write the RMA number clearly on the package or it will not be accepted. Shipping and handling will be charged on these types of exchanges. Original shipping and handling will not be refunded. The new item will be shipped or the refund processed at the time of return of the original merchandise. |
